Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please read this page before returning your order in order to understand the terms and conditions.

Orders which have not been returned to the return address as mentioned in our instructions will not be refunded, sending an order back to a sorting or distribution address from a local carrier which might be visible on the package is no exception.
Return Shipping
We keep our prices low, as a result we can't offer free global return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and for returning your item, Bond & Mason will not provide a return label. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Before shipping your order back to us please go to the returns page and enter your order number and email address to follow the steps outlined there.
Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €8, £8 or $10, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If not, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours after an order is placed. If you have to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately at info@bondandmason.com. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive. Please note that we can't provide a refund if your order has been processed. If needed, you can always return your order after receiving it.
Please note that we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any customized items (for example: name added to a product).
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a return form which shows proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds might be granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Return packages will usually be handled within 7 days of arrival. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please allow some time for the processing to be completed(5-7 days). If you still haven't received your refund, please inform us at info@bondandmason.com. We wil check and if applicable, provide evidence of the refund. This evidence can be used by you to contact your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, go to our returns center and follow the instructions there.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Bond & Mason cannot be exchanged or refunded.
